之前我接受經濟學人採訪，談這次公投的相關報導。
一點補充：其實我們很早就判斷，依「補正後」的愛家公投第10案 及第12案主文，無論公投結果如何，因為大法官釋字748，同志最終應該都還是要可以「結婚」，但反同陣營本來就是「醉翁之意不在酒」，除了要帶風向，更重要的是要藉此公投過程攫取、累積他們自身更多的金錢與政治資源。所以，1124公投大家絕不能鬆懈，還是一定要去投！這也是為了要防免政府因壓力大而向反同勢力的專法主張妥協（就是雖可結婚，但...有些權利卻被打折扣的糟糕結果）。

Opponents of gay marriage would also like to get the government to institute a distinct form of marriage for gay couples, rather than amend existing marriage law. But for supporters of same-sex marriage, separate legislation for gays would be discriminatory. They liken it to America’s Jim Crow laws that once enforced racial segregation.”
